All items sold through Extra Ugly are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party production partner.

That means:

• We start production only after you place your order.
• Minor differences in color, print placement, or sizing may occur.

Product availability may change without notice.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders typically take about 2-7 business days to process before shipping. Most customers in the U.S. receive their items in under 2 weeks total.

Once an order ships, delivery time depends on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Because everything is made to order, we do not accept, returns, exchanges, or cancellations unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• There is a printing error
• The product is defective

Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description
• Clear photos of the issue
• We’ll get it sorted with a replacement or refund.

All prices are listed in USD and may change at anytime without notice.

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Payments, PayPal, and AfterPay (If available).

6. Intellectual Property 

All designs, artwork, product photography, and content on this site are the property of Extra Ugly and may not be copied, used, or distributed without our permission. This includes anything weird, cool or otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Extra Ugly is not liable for:

• Shipping delays or lost packages
• Incorrect address entry
• Slight color or print variation 
• Third-party service errors (i.e carriers or print providers)

You agree to use our products at your own risk and understand that we’re a small business doing our best to deliver quality work made to order through our original designs.
