Returns and Refunds Policy

At Extra Ugly, each product is made-to-order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner. Due to the custom nature of our products, we operate under a strict refund and return policy to ensure transparency and manage expectations.


 

1. Order Issues: Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Please email us at Contact Us with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item in question

 

If the issue is determined to be a production error, we will cover the cost of a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

 


 

 

2. Lost Packages

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and offer resolution accordingly.

 


 

 

3. Return Address

Please send returns to our designated partner facility. The address is automatically assigned. If a return is sent elsewhere, such as to our brand address, we are not responsible for lost or unprocessed returns.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping once a corrected address is provided.

Unclaimed packages returned to the facility may be donated to charity after 30 days and are not eligible for refunds.

 


 

 

4. Returns for Buyer’s Remorse, Size Issues, or Preference

 

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant

  • Dissatisfaction with design or style

  • Refusal of delivery

If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, you must place a new order at your own expense. We recommend consulting our size guides carefully before purchasing.

 


 

 

5. Exceptions & Hygiene Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products such as face masks cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

 


 

 

6. EU Consumer Notice

According to Article 16(c) and 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection

As such, Extra Ugly reserve the right to reject returns at our discretion in accordance with EU law.
